A. The aroma will not flavour food.

A. Boards are finished with a food safe oil manufactured and blended by a company specialising in organic timber finishes.
Q. How can the surface be maintained?
A. A wipe over with any vegetable oil such as canola, sunflower or grapeseed is all that is required.
