This beautiful cockatoo which is noted for its delicate pink colouring was named after a famous explorer who wrote effusively of its beauty after his journeys to the interior of Australia. In this painting they are seen feeding in a cypress pine, the seeds of which they are particularly fond of.
Mounted Prints (Frame not included) Prints are mounted on white board with outside dimensions of 350x280mm (11x14in) which will fit a standard 11x14in picture frame. Each mounted print is packaged with a backing board and is shrink film wrapped to maintain cleanliness prior to mounting in a frame.
