Australian King Parrot

One of the most striking of Australian parrots, the male King Parrot with his bright red and green plumage overshadows the predominantly green female. Lovers of fruit, nuts and berries, these birds can be a problem around orchards and farms, at times causing considreable damage to crops. However in areas of national parks where they are encouraged and hand fed these beautiful creatures are a source of great enjoyment.

Mounted Prints (Frame not included) Prints are mounted on white board with outside dimensions of 350x280mm (11x14in) which will fit a standard 11x14in picture frame. Each mounted print is packaged with a backing board and is shrink film wrapped to maintain cleanliness prior to mounting in a frame.
